What a wonderful dress! This is a beautiful example of a 1950s style house dress, redesigned in the 1980s. I love the small embroidered flowers. The skirt is full and the waist is fitted. The buttons go the whole length of the dress so you can decide how much to leave undone! The color is a lovely powder blue color that is peaceful and feminine.
The collar on the dress is sweet with the small blue flowers embroidered on it. The sleeves are the bat wing style with little butterfly openings on the top. The dress is made of a gorgeous cotton material that is nice quality. The dress has pockets sewn in the sides. Made in India.
There are a few small spots on the back of the dress which are shown in the last photo. Very small. The vintage size is 10. Brand is James River Traders
