80s Pink And Blue Blouse With Chest Flounce And Dots By Da-Rue for Bullock's Wilshire

Vintage 1980s Da-Rue for Bullocks Wilshire Pullover Blouse with Chest Flounce. Silky polyester fabric with a bright pink, fuchsia, blue, and white design. Dots. It has long sleeves with buttoned cuffs, shoulder pads, and a gathered elastic waistband. The flouncy chest panel attaches to a button underneath the left collar (see photos 4, 5, & 6). The panel covers three buttons down the top of the blouse. In excellent vintage condition; the only thing to note is that the elasticized waistband might not be quite as stretchy as it once was; its flat lay measurement is below. Marked size 10; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a Large. Please compare the measurements to a blouse that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
