Medium weight woven black and houndstooth fabric - feels like a rayon/cotton blend.
Six panel skirt is fitted through the hips and thighs with four inverted box pleats around the bottom half as pictured. Almost a trumpet style, except with pleats rather than a ruffle.
Unlined. Does up with a concealed 7" nylon zipper.
This comes to my lower calf - I'm 5'4" and this may be shorter or longer on you depending on your height.
