Vintage 1980s Whirlaway Frocks Green and Blue Tartan Plaid Secretary Dress. Puff 3/4 sleeves, deep v-neckline, pale gold shiny buttons down the front, wide belt loops. No belt is included. In very good vintage condition; there is some wear throughout (last 5 photos), and the colors are somewhat muted, leading me to believe that they have probably faded over time. Marked size 6P; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a Medium. Please compare the measurements to a dress that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
