80s Gorgeous Mink A-line Jacket By Giorgio Sant' Angelo
Stunning Giorgio Sant' Angelo for Robert Sidney Fur jacket. I believe it is mink, because of the quality and feel of the fur and from my research all his furs in this dark color are. Has a beautiful swing style A-line shape with velvet lined pockets, cuffed sleeves, small shoulder pads. and lovely dark chocolate brown color. This coat I believe is from the 1980s and was sold via Charles Brown Ltd, Spartanburg SC. There is the name of the previous owner embroidered on the lining.
In very good vintage condition overall with light just light signs of wear and age. The designer's tag was actually pinned to it as shown, so must have come loose at some point. It does have one hidden pocket in the lining and it has two hooks for closure but I can not find where they are suppose to hook into. I believe the previous owner might have asked them not to include them or removed them. Looks like it was very well cared for.
No actual size noted which is not unusual. It would fit a medium frame nicely, my model wears a size 6 M and it fit her well with a little room to spare.
