80s Designer Cobalt Blue Ball Gown by Victor Costa

This gorgeous ball gown is from the 80's by Designer Victor Costa for Bonwit Teller. Excellent condition. Large, glamourous portrait collar. Front front bodice that closes with heavy metal hooks and snaps. Full skirt with attached stiff tulle crinolin for fullness. The matching wide belt closess with three heavy snaps. Beautiful cobalt blue. Made of a polyester that feels like silk. Very high end beautiful construction and quality. Labeled a size 10, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
