1970s maxi length plaid skirt. The skirt flares to fullness near the hem thanks to wide box pleats. The plaid pattern is red, white, and multiple shades of red. The fabric feels like a good quality, slubbed, synthetic blend, maybe rayon/cotton. The skirt has belt loops and it buttons in front to close. I think this is hand made and it was very nicely don't. It's in excellent condition showing essentially no wear. It is clean and ready to wear.
