70s One-of-a-kind Emerald Satin Long Sleeve Dress Xs-s

Emerald green has always been a favorite color of mine, and this dress just really does it for me. Made in the 1970s, it's one of those pieces that's super easy to dress up or dress down. I believe if was custom-made, making it fully one-of-a-kind. It features a tie neck with a ruffle at the collar, long bishop sleeves, and a matching cummerbund waist belt. There are pockets discretely placed in the A-line skirt.

Measurements: Note that the waistband is elastic, so this will fit a much larger range of sizes worn without the belt. The belt accommodates a waist up to about 26" (perhaps a bit more wiggle room)
Chest: 43.5"
Waist: elastic stretches up to 44" (18" laid flat without elastic engaged)
Hips: are open up to about 44"
Length: 57"
Great vintage condition overall; there are a few tiny pinholes, all towards the hem so they are not noticeable at all when worn. There are a few tiny subtle variations in the fabric color, which are not noticeable due to sheen of the fabric.
