70s Long Light Blue Spaghetti Strap Gown Chiffon Cape

Amazing long halter dress with shoulder cape, very 1970s. SIZE S, chest to 36 inches. Made of slinky polyester fabric. Long Grecian goddess style halter gown with double spaghetti straps. Pleated skirt. Zips up back. Small sheer polyester chiffon flutter shoulder cape is longer at back, bows at tops of shoulders. Fastens at back of neck with hook and eye closure. Unlined. In ok condition - the vertical seam connecting the top part of the dress is coming open at places and needs to be reinforced, some small stains (see last photo). ***Photos taken with and without flash***
