The neckline has two white tassel ties that can be tied giving it a keyhole opening. Long sleeves with elastic cuffs. Smocked waist that stretches several inches. A-line skirt. Unlined. The material has some stretch. There are two small spots on the left sleeve that didn't come out during cleaning, please see the last photo.
