70s/80s Teal Dress With Shoulder Pads And Necktie By R&K Originals

This teal dress from the 1980s has big school teacher vibes. It features a white collar and white cuffs at the wrists. My favorite part is the fabulous striped neck tie. Zips up the back center. So much styling potential with this one!

Fiber contents are not listed on the label, so I am not certain about the fabric. It feels synthetic.
