The top is a unique wrap style with all the pieces being truly separate and wrapped around to fasten in the back with 3 buttons and a faux belt. The skirt is simple on the dress made of a sky blue crepe rayon and is fitted in a pencil silhouette. There is a metal zipper down the back and the skirt is also lined in the perry winkle rayon.
