I have attached a photo that mesmerized me when I was a teen. Jean Shrimpton was a popular model , often seen in SEVENTEEN magazine, and for some crazy reason, this ad for SLICKER lipstick, to me, was beauty in its perfection. So I wanted the hat, of course, and I even think I sent away for one, through the Yardley promotions. Of course I looked nothing like Jean Shrimpton, and still cannot look in any way pleasing in this style of hat! hahaha! When I found this, I was over the moon, as they never seem to be out there. I was a mod in the 60's, before I became a hippy in the 70s, so I still love everything mod, and I think these hats are fantastic! Hey, it will even keep you dry in the rain! LOVE the color! Perfect for those rainy,, gloomy days, when we need to be cheered up. Cotton lining. NO FLAWS! Hat band measures 21. 5 " around. Brim is 4. 5" wide, and crown is 6 inches tall. This is a SOFT vinyl, not stiff.
