60s Ceramic Clip Earrings of Girls Wearing a "flip" Hairdo That Girl Get Smart

I love fashion when there is a pun or joke in the construction or design, such as novelty prints. I also love it when humans are depicted on fabric or in jewelry. These are so much fun, not just because the graphic style is cute and loose, but because I wore my hair like this in the 60's for a short while, before I eventually stopped ironing it and straightening it, and started wearing my natural Jew-fro! hahaha! Anyway, these are obviously hand painted, on ceramic domes, with a clip glued on. I wore them once or twice, but I prefer dangle earrings, and don't get a lot of use out of clips, unless I am wearing my hair up and wearing rockabilly. I like the way the gold paint reflects the light, around the eyes, in the hair, and around the edge. (Last photo). Each earring measures 1. 25" long and 1 inch wide. One of a kind find!
