60s Beaded Applique Purse with Wood Sides Vintage Purse Top Handle Hand Bag Mod
This is a real conversation piece, that will turn a lot of heads! Despite the fact it is not perfect, it is a great summer purse, with lots of room for summer things. It measures 10 inches high, and 10 inches wide..., the wood sides are 5 inches at it widest. It has an inside plastic inner "mirror" pocket with a metal zipper, that measures 7" by 5". The inside is not as pretty or pristine.....the interior plastic lid seam is cracked. However, as you can see, there are heavy rivets holding everything together, so this damage will not jeopardize the functionality. The sturdy handle is plastic, the sides are real wood, but again, those wooded sides are not pristine...there are a few spots where the varnish is chipped, near the handle attachment. The canvas area has a few dark spots I have not tried to clean...maybe a q-tip with a touch of bleach? If this were in great shape I would ask a lot more money for it, but right now, I just want it to have a good home. .
