This is an absolutely amazing piece from the 1960s-1970s by Char of Mexico! It is a suede blazer with long bell sleeves and a scalloped leather trim that has been hand painted with a flower print! It has a lining on the inside. It has a tag on the inside that reads size 10 and made in Mexico. It has two pockets on the front side and buttons under the bust with two leather buttons.
