Hook toggles, crazy daisy buttons, exaggerated collar, beautiful navy blue felted fabric. Side buckles so the waist is adjustable. This piece looks great over a swing dress or with bell bottoms and platform shoes. Super versatile and in a size I don't find often from this time period.
