60s/70s Floral Hand Smocked Dress By Polly Flinders

This adorable little Polly Flinders dress is like a Gunne Sax for babies! It has a super cute floral pattern. It has lace trim around the neck and sleeves and is hand smocked in the front. It ties around the back as well. It is in good condition with a few light stains (see pictures!) The size tag says size 5 but please see the measurements to ensure an accurate fit.
