1960s Basket Bag by Kleinert’s, Floral Fabric Topper
Wicker basket
Kitschy orange, pink and green floral fabric topper and fabric band around middle
White plastic ring handles
White waterproof plastic vinyl inner lining
I believe these were used as sewing baskets but I used as a vintage handbag
16" length from handles to bottom of basket
7"/9" diameter at bottom/top of basket
Mark/Label: Kleinert’s, C-6 Style 5441 Black K in marker over the bottom Box & Basket Factory stamp as the peck basket was made by another company.and
Kleinert’s then converted it into a basket handbag.
Gently pre-loved in great vintage condition with normal use. Some scuffs/marks on one side of the basket as shown
