An absolutely incredible vintage 1960s black velvet party dress. The ruffled collar and sleeves are so elegantā¦ but that hemline has my heart aflutter! Ruffled and a high low - super unique and sexy! The rhinestone pin at the top, slightly off center is the perfect finishing touch. Zips up the back with a nylon zipper. There is only a Lot tag, no maker label. Fully lined (except sleeves). Best fits a modern Medium. Model is modern size 4/6, fits comfortably.
