60s/70s Baby Blue Double Knit Polyester Shirt Dress

Adorable baby blue shirt dress from the 1970s! It is made of double knit polyester. It buttons up the front and is collared. It has puff shoulder sleeves that button at the cuffs and it has pockets! It has no brand or size tag but does have a care tag! I believe it will fit a L-XL but please see the measurements below to ensure an accurate fit.
