50s Vintage Diamanté Necklace With Emerald-cut Drops

I adore emerald-cut stones, so I was immediately drawn to this necklace. It was made in the 1950s, and features graduating pendants of emerald-cut crystals. These crystals are faceted to catch the light like real gemstones. Each stone is prong-set by hand, using methods normally reserved for diamonds — they don't make costume jewelry like this any more! It features a foldover clasp in the back, and measures 14.75". The Vintage Baguette-Cut Diamanté Choker and Vintage 1960s Sequin Dress pictured are also available in my shop.
