This is a gorgeous, near mint condition hat that will make heads turn! The straw hat has an elaborate weave, and even more elaborate pressed crown. Then Black velvet has been added in a dramatic swirl, and then to top it off, a black faceted jewel dangles from the tip. Two plastic hair grips are attached on each side, via a black elastic cord.
I Found this hat about 15 years ago in Las Vegas, and have never worn it. It has lived in a hat box ever since. Now it can be yours!
