The crown of the hat is gathered on 4 sides and the little straw bows are attached here. The edge of the small brim is deep purple velvet as in the underside of the brim.
The crown is 3"high and the brim is only 1 1/2".
The inside is unlined with a small grosgrain ribbon band.
Inside it is 20 1/2".
