I am old enough to remember how easy it was to find a vintage hat from the 50's........... those small scull caps were everywhere! Now, it is like finding a rare species! This is a terrific find, because instead of the usual little feather number, it is a gorgeous wool plaid! Imagine this with a deep blue coat, and bright blue gloves ! Oooo La la! Mint Condition, too! inside is fully lined in deep blue thick satin, and comes with a hair comb to secure. SO clean! The rim is wired for shaping.
Hat is 5" tall at widest point, and 3 " high in the back
circumference is probably about 21"
