50s Paisley Cotton Dress By Claire Mccardell
A bargain for one of Claire McCardell's brilliant designs! This dress is cut on the bias so there is a bit of give in the bust and waist to allow for movement, plus of course, pockets. This needs a little TLC and I'm opting to offer as-is rather than charge a premium to spread the McCardell love. Side metal zip. Townley and Lord & Taylor labels present.

Fair vintage condition. Unfortunately it was shortened at some point so it's close to knee length, with maybe an inch or so to let down. Center neckline seam and several of the princess seams are separating and need reinforcement. No stains or holes, just needs a fair bit of seam reinforcement all over.
