This is a large statement ring. The stone is large, almost 1 inch in diameter. The ring size is also large, a size 10, which is a very large female or average male size. The silvertone bezel holding the stone is raised very high, sticking out .5 inch from the ring shank. The prongs holding the faceted glass stone seem to be strong and secure. These large rings with cut glass were commonly known as cocktail rings at the time. This one is transparent and a great emerald green color. Again, please note, this ring is HUGE!!! It is in excellent condition.
