50s Large Alaska Souvenir Head Scarf
This 1950's head scarf is a painted scarf, typical of other souvenir scarves I have seen form the 50's. I love the colors, and the animals....especially the Moose and the large central sled dog. I apologise for not ironing this item before shooting, but the winter light was fading, and I had to act fast! There are three tiny pin holes ( see photo) probably from a clothing tag, but otherwise the scarf is clean. It could be rayon, and measures 29 inches square.
