50s Houndstooth Dress Vintage 60s Dress, Black and White Plaid Wool Dress with Red Pockets, Small - As Is by ILGWU
Cute late 50s early 60s vintage dress. Black and white houndstooth plaid wool with black trim around the collar and short sleeves. Fitted waist. Two black trim pockets on the front with red lining. Metal zipper up the back. The bodice of the dress is unlined, except for some red wool around the inside of the collar. The skirt is lined with a black cotton feeling fabric.
Please note: The dress has been professionally dry cleaned, but there are some stains on the front that didn't come out during cleaning. These are most noticeable upon close inspection, but please see the last two photos. Also there is no metal hook closure at the top of the zipper, but there is a loop. Regardless of these issues, the garment still presents beautifully and has been priced accordingly.
