50s Hand Painted Sequined Velvet Circle Skirt
I love these tourist skirts from the 50's. This is made of a heavy stiff black cotton velvet. Full circle style. The scene is of brilliant buildings and cactus. Decorated with jewel toned sequins. The waist is a wrap style ties from back to front then front to back. There is some wear on the waist where the velvet has worn away from friction on the edges, but aside from that the body of the skirt, paint and sequins are all in tact and vivid. The waist is adjustable with the ties. Best fit would be a M/L however please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
