The floral print has rusty red roses with gold metallic detail, bright blue flowers, with peach and pink painted splotches. Gathered halter neck with square neckline. The halter strap slips over the head as there are no closures on the strap. Boning in the bodice. Metal zipper up the back. Full skirt. One small section of blue is near the hem of the skirt, which looks like a printing flaw, please see the last photo. Dress was photographed with crinoline slip, which is not included.
