A slightly "newer" take on the antique piano shawl is this 1950s - 1960s rayon based double sided shawl. The rayon ages better over time and is easier overall to wash. The embroidery work is beautifully done on this piece, front and back. It is very soft and springy to the touch, a rare find andĀ in lovely condition.Ā

73" x 73" (including fringe)
2" Macrame
9" Fringe
Condition- Good vintage condition with little signs of wear. A few small loose threads and a few light spots of discoloration towards the front as pictured but no notable tears. A small patch here and there of the fringe could be replaced, it still looks full without them in silhouette but for uniformity they could be added.Ā Item has not been washed but the light spots most likely will be easy to remove.
