Side zipper. Front buttons on shoulder straps are decoration, they do not button/unbutton.
Fair condition - good overall, but ‘fair’ because it would need the hemline fixed. There are a few faint spots but they’re mostly unnoticeable given the pattern and design that it was almost hard for me to even find them unless skirt fully spread out and searching. I’ve washed her up and didn’t really do any spot treatment for the few areas noted, so she mostly needs the hem fixed and I’d say ready to go.
