This one is a milliners work of art.
It is made up of bands of shiny woven cellophane straw. An under band goes across the crown and then a woven one makes up a small "brim".
Attached to this is a round open crown piece.
It is braided.
Pieces of the fabric is braided throughout the hat.
12 white ornate little flowers with centers are scattered across the hat.
It even has a white matching hat pin in the back.
It attaches to the head with two side combs.
