50s 60s Two Piece Suzy Perette Cocktail Dress Set Gold Thread Bolero Jacket with Frogs Metal Zipper by Suzy Perette

I have worn this about twice, and LOVED the way it made me feel.....very Audrey Hepburn! I wore it with elbow length black gloves, black patent leather purse and shoes, and a BIG black hat! Gold or black jewelry works great!. And who does not have black accessories? A great cocktail dress! The short jacket accentuates the waist. There are belt loops, for a medium wide belt, but a wide black belt works great too. NO flaws! Dress has a slim skirt, but there are 2 slits, one on each side. Metal zipper down the center of the dress back. No extra hem. I hate to part with it, but I can no longer wear heels. : ( The jacket is lined in black satin. The dress is not lined, so I recommend a slip, but I don't recall it feeling scratchy. Like all Suzy Perette dresses, this is stylish, and well made. The jacket can always go solo with black jeans for clubbing. This outfit has a slight nod to culture with the frog closures and the floral design.
