Lovely black velvet dress with some incredible side slits! Super chic and sexy! The Mandarin collar and frog closures are so lovely. Zips up the side as well. Fully lined. Likely hand made - but of quality. Best fits a modern Extra Small. Model is modern size 4/6 and its a bit tight in the hips.
