50s/60s Beaded Minklam Cardigan In Cream Floral Details By Darlene
This sweater is truly so, so fabulous. First of all, it is SO SOFT. Minklam was a proprietary blend of lambswool, fur fiber, nylon, and mink that was used exclusively by Darlene. It feels so lovely on the skin and looks beautiful too - very similar to cashmere in look and feel. This sweater is a cream color embellished with embroidery in metallic gold thread and green thread. It also has rhinestones as well as beading in orange, blue, and silver. All these elements come together to form gorgeous clusters of flowers. The cardigan fastens up the front center with faux pearl buttons. Simply amazing!
