19th C. Green Tinted Glasses As-Is Antique Victorian Sunglasses Historical Fashion
These gorgeous green tinted eyeglasses date from between 1835-1880. They have brass frames and octagonal lenses. The glass lenses are tinted green but have no prescription or magnification
Measurements
They measure approximately 4. 5" wide across the front.
Condition
Overall fair to good condition for their age with minor patina and bends to the frames. The lenses are in good shape but there are some imperfections to one of the lenses--a bubble and some wavy lines. This makes them slightly annoying to wear for long periods of time, so they are likely best for photo shoots and display.
These are wearable with care at your own risk (the lenses are made of glass, and therefore do not meet modern safety regulations).
