Beautiful piece from the early y2k era (about 2004?). Brand new without tags, but does have the little bag of extra sequins, which would have needed to be removed before wear. The detail is just lovely on this one - has a rayon and silk velvet waistband detail and little AB sequins on the bust. Since champagne is a neutral color you could even wear this for a warm weather holiday gig. Should also hide a normal bra!
There is one tiny speck of black - probably from shelf wear - on the hem, not visible during wear.
