20.75 hip

No real stretch but the skirt seems bias-cut so the hips might have more room, and the bust has some projection.
The beading detail is filled in with gold thread and some sequins, and the larger beads add some really unique detail.
I have made a small repair with clear thread to where the neckline meets the right arm hole, which is not visible unless you turn it inside out. There are also a couple really subtle and small marks on the front of the skirt a bit above the knee but they are not visible unless you look very closely, and I had to try a few times to get them to show up in a photo. Not sure what they are or if a dry cleaner could fix them but they are so hard to see that I don't think it would matter on stage.
